All trips booked with Memories and Morsels Travel Co. come with my dedicated support with planning and any emergency support due to operational issues required within your trip.

The following terms are in addition to any terms of service provided by travel suppliers and Trevello. These policies will be formally acknowledged upon the setup of your client profile in our secure Customer Management System.

Payment Terms

• Payment Method: All professional fee payments must be processed via credit card through our secure payment portal.

• Payment Timelines: All agency professional service fees are due in full prior to the commencement of research, itinerary planning, or booking services.

• Fee Structure: Agency professional fees are independent of, and in addition to, any fees charged by tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, hotel suppliers, or other third-party travel service providers.

• Non-Refundability: All agency professional fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the professional time, expertise, and personalized planning services provided by your travel advisor.

Change & Cancellation Policy

• Change Fee: Any requested changes or amendments to your booking itinerary (e.g., date changes, modifications to passenger details) will incur an agency change fee of $50.00  HST per change. This fee is in addition to any penalties or fare differences imposed by the travel suppliers.

• Agency Cancellation Fee: Should you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, a $200.00 (+ HST) agency cancellation fee will be applied.

• Additional Costs: All agency fees are in addition to any cancellation penalties, fees, or non-refundable deposits imposed by travel suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, or airlines).

• Policy Acknowledgement: Please review these policies carefully. By proceeding with your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
